Winter the dolphin. Winter recently starred in the movie "Dolphin Tale". Winter got her tail caught in the rope to a crab pot. The rope cut circulation to her tail and she lost most of it. Winter was rescued and now lives happily at the Clearwater Marine Aquarium., in Clearwater, Florida. The attention brought by the movie provides Winter with a steady flow of visitors. - She likes attention! Clearwater Marine Aquarium recscues and releases marine animals - the attention from the movie and from Winter have been beneficial and plans are under way for an expansion.
